General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use for Pass Activites products
Preamble
The use of Pass Activites products implies full and unconditional acceptance by the Client (or the User) of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCSU), without prejudice to any legal remedies available.

Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourisme (HMVT) : A Local Public Company registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Chambéry (73000) under number 829 900 042, whose registered office is located 6 rue Napoléon, Lanslebourg Mont Cenis, 73480 VAL CENIS. Téléphone : +33 (0)4 79 05 99 10.
HMVT is responsible for the online sales of Pass Activites products (collection of information and payments on the official destination websites, https://reservation.haute-maurienne-vanoise.com and https://passactiviteshmv.com) as well as the sale of these products at its counters.
HMVT is also an operator of tourism services and packaged stays and is registered in the register of travel and holiday operators under number IM073170012. The company has subscribed to a financial guarantee with Groupama Assurance – Crédit & Caution – 126, rue de la Piazza – 93199 Noisy-Le-Grand Cédex, and insurance in accordance with the requirements of the French Tourism Code with MAIF – 200 avenue Salvador Allende – CS 90 000 – 79038 Niort Cedex 9 – France.
Client : Any person purchasing one or more Pass Activites products.
User : Any person holding a Pass Activites product. The Pass is nominative, individual and non-transferable.
Service Provider : Refers to any partner operating an activity or service accessible as part of the Pass Activites product.
Description of the product.
The Pass Activites product is specifically designed for the Haute Maurienne Vanoise area, covering the municipalities from Saint-André to Bonneval-Sur-Arc. It grants access, for seven consecutive calendar days, to a set of activities offered in the form of a package, the details of which are available on the destination websites.
The list of activities included in each Pass Activites varies depending on the productselected at the time of purchase. The available products are :

The lists of included and discounted activities may be modified depending on conditions and exceptional events that may affect their availability. Users are encouraged to regularly consult the destination websites to stay informed of any updates.
The updated details of activities included in each product can be viewed on the official destination websites.
Conditions of access to activities
The User must be in possession of a valid and active magnetic support (keycard) when accessing any activity.
Pass Activites products are strictly personal and non-transferable.
The User of a Pass Activites product must comply with the applicable regulations as well as the specific conditions of each activity at the time of use.
Pass Activites products include transport services (coach or cable transport). The General Terms and Conditions of Carriage applicable to each service are specified by the Service Provider before access to the activity, or directly within the means of transport in the case of coach travel.
It is specified tha Pass Activites products are intended for individual use. However, group access may be offered under specific conditions. Any request must be send to the following address : passactiviteshmv@hautemaurienne.com. Specific conditions will be defined by a separate sales contract, supplementing these GTCSU.
Pass Activites products do not grant priority access to any activity, either during booking or at the time of entry. The magnetic support (keycard) must be presented to Service Providers to access included activities. The validity of the support will be checked by each Service Provider, either via an automated gate or through an access control system.

Conditions of validity of the offer
The offer is valid from 4 July 2026 to 29 August 2026 inclusive, subject to the opening dates of partner Service Providers.
Validity period of the Pass Activites product
Pass Activites products are valid for a period of seven calendar days.
Prices
Pass Activites products are offered at the following public prices :
39,90 € (VAT included) per person for the Pass Activites Val Cenis, Valfréjus et La Norma
37 € (VAT included) per person for the Pass Activites Aussois
Pass Activites products are entirely free for persons born in 2021 or later. Proof of age may be requested by HMVT or the Service Provider. If such proof cannot be provided, access to the activities may be refused. Any fraud may results in legal action.
Ordering methods
Online on passactiviteshmv.fr, on the destination websites, or on reservation.haute-maurienne-vanoise.com : The Client places an order online and must provide the following information for each beneficiary : surname, first name, date of birth, choice of validity period and activation date. If the Client already has a Skidata-type keycard, it may be used to reload the Pass Activites.
At the counters of the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office :
Products can also be purchased directly on site, where the same information will be requested as for online purchases. The Client may also use a Skidate-type keycard to reload the Pass.
Payment terms
The price of Pass Activites products is displayed in euros and includes all taxes.

Pass Activites control
The Client must always carry the magnetic support when using the activities. The validity of the support confirms payment of the product. Any fraud may results in legal action.
In case of loss
A duplicate may be requested at the Tourist Office reception desks upon presentation of the order confirmation or receipt. A management fee of €2 per keycard will be applied.
Force majeure
In the event of bad weather or exceptional conditions affecting the availability of certain activities, no compensation may be granted when such interruptions are beyond the control of HMVT.
In the event of a complete suspension of the Pass Activites system for more than one day, compensation may be offered in the form of an extension of validity or a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused period.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with the provisions applicable to leisure services supplied on a specific date or for a specific period, no right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of Pass Activtes products. Products will not be refunded or exchanged if they are not used.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 15 days following the event giving rise to complaint, either by post to :

Non-compliance with the conditions
Any breach of the non-transferability rule of the Pass Activites may result in legal proceedings.
Personal data protection
The personal information collected for the issuance of the Pass is mandatory. If certain information is missing, the Pass cannot be issued. This data is used exclusively by SPL Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourisme, for the management of the services and for sending commercial offer (if authorized).
In accordance with data protection legislation (GDPR), the Client has a right of access, rectification and objection with SPL Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourisme.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the court of Chambéry.
